CHINESE CHICKEN CORN SOUP
This soup is your quick winter fix. It includes a combination of chicken broth and corn for
some warm goodness. If you're feeling slightly under the weather, we can assure you this
recipe will make you feel nourished, refreshed and healthy for the cold season.
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken Broth 6 - 7 Cups
- Boiled Chicken ½ KG
- Sweet Corn 1 Cup
- Corn Flour 2 Tablespoons
- Egg
1, Beaten
PREPARATION
- Heat the chicken broth, add boiled chicken in it and give it a mix.
- While stirring, add sweet corn.
- Mix the corn flour with two tablespoons of water, add gradually while mixing.
- Add this mixture to the broth, while constantly stirring.
- Now add the beaten egg in the soup.
- Bring it to boil for a few minutes.
